About Us
It is our mission to create a personal retreat for each of our
Member’s and their families. A place where a family can feel
safe, enjoy activities and build and nurture friendships. It
is our mission to create a Club where excellence and personal
recognition are expected and delivered. We hope to make The
Clubs at Cherokee Valley a home-away-from home for all of its
Members. When Timberline SC, LLC first viewed the natural beauty
of Cherokee Valley in 2000, they knew that nature had created
a master piece. The fact that it had a golf course, situated
in the center of the property, made it even more appealing.
Today, with more than 300 lots sold the property values have
more than doubled and a great group of property owners, builders
and club professionals are creating an outstanding community.
The opportunity to get in on the ground floor for a real estate
investment still exist, but very soon it will be to late to
purchase a developer lot. The recent upgrading of the Clubhouse,
reconditioning of the golf course, and installation of our Golf
Digest Schools Teaching Facility, have definitely made a significant
difference in the quality of the club experience, and serve
to continue to increase property values. One of the visions
of the Developers is to create a community in which existing
friends can enjoy a full life together and new friends can be
